West Indies Management s.r.o. is based in Prague, Czech Republic, but provides services globally. Prague was chosen as the base of operations due to it's central location in Europe and the availability of highly qualified resources.
Organization
West Indies Management s.r.o. is structured on a lean, horizontal model with most delivery affected through partnerships, associated consultants and vendors. Senior managers provide the processes, organizational design, tools & technologies, and services to enable delivery of small or large engagements, drawing on our pool of resources. Unlike classic consultancy, each customer engagement is led by the appropriate senior staff, to ensure consistency and delivery.
West Indies Management has built an internal model that allows our senior people do what they are best at (and what they enjoy most), which is helping our customers achieve their strategic goals.
Executive Team
Mr.
Kristopher M. Stockett is the Managing Director and a principal consultant.
He has over 25 years experience in Software Development, Support,
Integration, International Solution Delivery, Project/Program
Management and Strategic Change Management. Mr. Stockett’s
expertise extends to organizational development, team building,
coaching, mentoring and training as well.
His experience spans the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.
